"Kare-Kare Ni Lola"
Truly one of the famous Filipino dish we have. A lot are scared and intimidated to even try to cook it at home. But reality is, it's very easy to cook. You just need extra time to make the pata tender :)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Kilo Pork Pata (Hock area) - Garlic & Onion - Salt & Pepper (to taste) - Peanuts (Finely crushed) (3 teaspoon) - Anato Oil (3 teaspoon) - Peanut Butter (4 teaspoon full) - Sitaw - Talong - Pechay - Puso ng Saging - Slurry (water w/ cornstarch)
