I always remember the potato spread that my Lola would always make when we were kids. She would always make us this them along with warm "pandesal" during breakfast.

Today, I decided to make the same spread and do some research to make sure I recreate it how my lola would make them. She calls the spread, Pan De Itlog. The complete ingredient are below:
- - Potato
- - 1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
- - Achueta
- - Salt & Pepper
- - 1 small egg
- - Butter
