The term "Tambay" in Pinoy colloquial simply means bystander, loafer, vagrant or any term to describe a person with zero productivity in life. It is a term you do not want to be associated with your or to anyone in your family. They are simply a nuisance in our society, foreseen by many as wasted life and of no purpose. Pio Balbuena However, 2 years ago a hopeful young man who was born in Manila had a vision to give these so-called "low lives" a new hope and better purpose in their lives. This is because once upon a time during his dark, younger years; he used to be part of what our society refer to as "Tambay". But our hero for today's feature gives the Pinoy term "Tambay" a whole new meaning and reason why they deserve to be given a new shot in life.
