Crispy & Crunchy OKOY (New Recipe from the rest!)

Here's my take on a Pinoy merienda favorite - Okoy. I made it different an this is a non-conventional version and may be not the typical Okoy you grew up with. My version is a lot crunchier (not dough-y). Check it out and let me know what are you thoughts :) Tag me if you tried this.

Okoy or Ukoy

INGREDIENTS: For the dry ingredients (just mix finely strips of...) 1. Carrots 2. Sweet Potato 3. Pumpkin 4. Onion 5. Peeled Shrimps (small ones) For the batter: 1. 1 - 1 1/2 cup of Cornstarch 2. Salt & Water (for taste) 3. Half cup of warm water

T he media launch today we attended is extra special for me.
